As Alchemy's book grew, the team faced a high stakes question — how to scale relationship led investing without losing the depth of relationship that built the firm in the first place.

Salesforce was in place, but it was not built around the way an investment management business actually runs. The investor 360 was incomplete. Relationship structures between investors, family members, family offices, distributors, and advisors lived in spreadsheets or in the heads of senior RMs.

PMS and AIF pipelines did not reflect the way the team actually qualified, onboarded, and renewed investors. Service requests were tracked inconsistently. Leadership had limited visibility across the book.
